Refund Policy

At Velto, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return according to the conditions below.

Timeframes

• Change of Mind: Up to 7 calendar days from receipt.

• Manufacturing Defect: Up to 30 calendar days from receipt.

• Visible Damage: For items such as broken glass or missing parts, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or video of the product and packaging. After this period, damage will be considered the result of misuse.

Return Conditions The product must be unused and in its original packaging, including all accessories and components. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered or modified. Once the product is received and passes quality analysis, the customer may choose to:

1. Exchange it for another product in stock.

2. Receive a refund for the product value. Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable if the product delivered matches the order and is in good condition.

Warranty All products have a 30-day warranty from the date of receipt. To activate the warranty, the customer must provide a short video (up to 1 minute) or clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging and shipping label.

Exclusions The warranty does not cover:

• Cosmetic damage occurring after purchase (cracked screens, scratches, dents).

• Damage caused by liquids or moisture.

• Unauthorized repair attempts or modifications.

• Inappropriate use of accessories or natural wear and tear.
